Mr Nitin Sarin is an advocate in India and a solicitor in England and Wales. Nitin is a world-class legal specialist who is known for his keen and deep passion for aviation. Nitin studied law in India and completed his Advanced LL.M. in Air and Space Law from Leiden University, Netherlands. After completing his master’s degree, he returned to head the aviation department of the firm.

Nitin is an expert in aircraft financing, aircraft leasing, dealing with regulatory issues and other cross-border asset-based financing. He also specialises in drone laws. Apart from his expertise in the law, he is an aviation enthusiast and aircraft spotter.

Nitin has over the last decade represented some of the world’s largest lenders, equity participants, international airlines, airports and lessors for their transactions in India. 

Nitin’s hard work, unwavering professional ethics and deep knowledge of law has anchored him in the aviation sphere in India and overseas.

He is also a guest lecturer at the International Institute of Air and Space Law (IIASL), Leiden University as well as a qualified IATA trainer.
