He has extensive experience in advising aircraft leasing clients since past 14 years and has worked with large aircraft leasing clients across the globe on numerous aircraft leasing transactions involving structuring of lease and financing from income-tax and regulatory perspective.

Bharat has huge experience in handling tax compliance, advisory and litigation projects for multiple clients across financial services space including aircraft leasing clients and has led various representations filed before Indian tax and regulatory authorities for change in law(s) and is closely working with industry and government bodies on various tax and regulatory matters.

Bharat specializes on entry and exit strategies, domestic and international taxation, capital structuring, due diligence, company incorporation, obtaining investment-related government approvals, representation before taxation, appellate and regulatory authorities.
